Membership
1. How do I become a member of Shopper’s Voice consumer panel?
Becoming a Shopper's Voice panel member is easy. Just complete our Consumer Product Survey and you are automatically a member. This voluntary survey takes about 10 minutes to complete and it will be well worth your time!
IMPORTANT - There are two membership options:
Postal Panel Membership
A postal panel member is someone who responded to our paper survey
. If a consumer provides us with an email address on the paper survey, they will be included in the online panel too.
Online Panel Membership
An online panel member is someone who responded to our online survey. Consumers who respond online can enjoy the benefits of both our online and postal panel membership.
2. I’m already a Postal Panel member. How do I become an Online Panel member?
Simply email us at contactus@Shoppers-Voice.com and tell us you’d like to join our online panel. We’ll add your name and email address to our Online Panel Membership right away.
3. Is there a cost for joining Shopper’s Voice?
A Shopper’s Voice Membership is absolutely FREE and the rewards are plentiful! Plus, there’s no need to buy anything from Shopper’s Voice, ever!
4. Why should I join Shopper’s Voice?
There are so many reasons! In a recent survey, 86% of our panel members indicated that “sharing my opinions” was their primary reason for joining. Our panel members tell us that the number one reason they participate in our program is because they enjoy receiving the free samples and money-saving coupons. Of course, let's not forget – you could also win one of several CASH prizes when you participate in our Consumer Product Survey. 5. What happens after I complete my online survey?
As a new panel member, you will receive a “Welcome to Shopper’s Voice“ email after completing your survey that includes your user name and system-generated password. In addition, don’t forget to check your postal mailbox for your special “thank you” package of coupons, samples and special offers approximately 12 weeks after completing your survey.
5b. What happens after I complete and return the “paper survey” that was mailed to me?
If you initially completed our “paper survey” – Consumer Product Survey, and provided us with your email address, you too will receive a “Welcome to Shopper’s Voice” email several weeks after receipt of your survey.
Membership Limitations
Note: Membership is limited to one person per household. If more than one person per household completes the survey, we can only accept the first person who replies. Remember, when you fill out the survey, you are answering it on behalf of all members of your household.
6. How do I become a member of the Shopper’s Voice postal panel program?
All members who respond online and provide a valid postal address are automatically included in our postal panel as well. You may receive ongoing rewards through the mail from our trusted marketing partners. These offers will be highly relevant and tailored to your household, based upon your survey responses.
7. Do I need to buy anything in order to qualify for the contest?
No! Membership is free. Shopper’s Voice does not “sell” anything to our panel members.
8. How do I refer a family member or a friend?
You can share the benefits of Shopper’s Voice membership with your family and friends. Let them speak their minds and get rewarded too! For each eligible member you successfully refer to the Shopper’s Voice online consumer panel, your name will be entered into a drawing to win $1,000 cash. Click here for program details. 9. Can I join the panel and win prizes if I do not live in Canada or the United States?
At this time, our panel is currently open to residents of Canada or the United States only.
10. What happens if I want to discontinue my Shopper’s Voice Membership?

1. What kind of rewards can a Shopper’s Voice panel member expect to receive?
While some companies pay for completing surveys, Shopper’s Voice is unique because our consumer panel members receive ongoing rewards of membership both by postal mail and email (if you have provided us your email address) in the form of high-value money-saving coupons, free trial offers, and other relevant information, based upon the survey information you provide about your household.

PLUS, quick and fun surveys which influence how companies market their products. It is an excellent opportunity to give your feedback directly to manufacturers about the products you buy.
2. How long does it take to receive my special “thank you” package in the mail?
It takes approximately 12 weeks to receive your package in the mail, if you qualify. This is because each package we send out is custom made for each consumer. No two packages are alike! Your survey responses determine the type of offers you may receive – so you end up with highly relevant and valuable coupons and offers from Shopper’s Voice, which you can actually use!
3. How do I enter the contest drawing?
Entry to our contest drawing is automatic, as outlined in the Official Contest Rules. No Purchase is necessary to enter or to win; a purchase will not increase your chance of winning. One entry per person, per household.
4. How do you notify Shopper’s Voice contest winners?
All contest winners will be notified by overnight mail or courier, and will be required to complete and return, within 14 days, an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and, where lawful, publicity release.

Privacy
1. Will you sell my email address?
We work with a select group of companies who seek out offers of interest for our panel members. By completing our survey, you provide us with permission to share responses with companies who are willing to reward you with special saving coupons, trial and email offers that may interest you.

2. Why do you ask such personal questions i.e. age and income?
In order for companies to truly understand what consumers want, it is important for them to know more than how much of which product is purchased. They need to have a clear picture of who is buying and why they are buying. The personal questions are asked as a means to place you and your family into sub-groups. This makes is easier to understand your preferences and attitudes.
3. How do I know that the surveys/offers are from Shopper’s Voice?
The security of your inbox is important to us. You will recognize our emails as they will usually come from Shopper's Voice or Diane Simon. You can also scroll down to the bottom of the emails for our contact and privacy information. If using spam protection, please add us to you contact list: contactus@email.ShoppersVoice.com, to ensure you do not miss our valuable email offers while filtering out all the emails you do not want.
Updating Information
1. How can I update my email address?
To avoid missing out on great email offers and postal offers from Shopper’s Voice and our trusted marketing partners, please advise us of any changes in your primary email address.

2. How do I update my postal mailing address?
Please send us an email to contactus@Shoppers-Voice.com with your complete old postal mailing address along with your new postal mailing address so that we may update our records.
3. I can’t remember my email address/password to log in. What do I do?
Simply visit our Forgot password page and follow the instructions. We will email your password to you shortly.
4. How do I change the language in which I view the Shopper’s Voice website and survey?
Simply click on the link for the language you would like to access. Our Canadian website is available in both English and French, as is the Consumer Product Survey.
Technical
1. Is your web site secure?
Keeping your information secure is important to us. Shopper’s Voice is protected by VeriSign, a leading secure sockets layer (SSL) Certificate Authority, which encrypts information you input. Also in order to access your member profile you must enter your email address and the computer-generated password that Shopper's Voice has sent to you in your Welcome email.
2. Does Shopper’s Voice use cookies?
A cookie is a small piece of information put on your hard drive by a website through your Internet browser. This information helps identify a visitor returning to a site. Shopper's Voice uses cookies, to save you time so you don't have to re-enter your password each time you visit our Web site. In some cases we also use cookies to understand activity at our websites or websites you reach through our email. This information is only used in combination with that of other members, solely in an aggregate and anonymous format.
3. What should I do if I have technical problems while accessing or completing a survey?
We try to make our surveys compatible with all web browsers, but sometimes problems occur. If you have any technical difficulties while accessing or completing a survey, please contact us.
Survey Participation
1. Who will see my survey answers?
Shopper’s Voice collects data for clients that want to hear from you. At Shopper’s Voice all postal surveys are electronically scanned and then confidentially shredded. Stored data is encrypted and we follow strict security protocols to safeguard the personal information you share with us.
2. How do Shopper’s Voice and its clients use the answers from the survey?
If you have completed the Consumer Product Survey and provided your name and address, Shopper's Voice may use this information to send a free packet of high-value coupons, samples and offers by postal mail, as a 'thank-you' for filling out the survey.
Bonus Offers Program: Companies that sell products & services about which our members are likely to be interested, seek out groups like ours to provide additional free product samples, valuable trial coupons, information, research, discount and other offers.
Email Programs: If you provide Shopper's Voice with your email address, you will receive extra offers and useful information through email
